Terms and Refunds

These terms apply to purchases made directly from SMB AI Transformation LLC ("we", "us"), a Colorado limited liability company, including purchases made through Stripe payment links on this site or on sites operated by our ventures. Purchases made on a marketplace such as Etsy or Amazon are also governed by that marketplace's policies.

What we sell

We sell digital products (downloadable templates, printables, guides, and books), subscription software and services for small organizations, and fixed-scope consulting and software development. The price, what is included, and the billing period are stated on the page where you buy.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. Because they cannot be returned, sales of digital products are final. If a file is damaged, incomplete, or not as described, email us within 30 days and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you in full.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@smbtransform.com or through any customer portal link we provide. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and are not satisfied, ask and we will refund that first payment.

Services and consulting

Consulting and development work is described in a written proposal or statement of work. Deposits and milestone payments are refundable for any portion of work that has not yet started. Work already delivered is not refundable, but we will always try to make it right first.

How to request a refund

Email hello@smbtransform.com with your order email and a short description. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Acceptable use

Products are licensed for your personal use or for use inside your own organization. You may not resell or redistribute our files as your own.

Limitation of liability

Our products and services are provided as described and in good faith. Templates and guides are informational and are not legal, tax, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
